The services presented on this website are provided by:

In the following, NEXT MEDIA ADVERTISING S.R.L. will be referred to as the "Provider" or "Next Media", and the individual or legal entity purchasing the services as the "Client".

The Provider offers digital marketing and content creation services, mainly:

• social media management (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn);
• content creation (photo, video, reels, copywriting, graphics);
• paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads);
• SEO services, technical audits, on-page and off-page optimization;
• digital strategy, branding and conversion funnels;
• reporting and campaign optimization.

Using this website and/or purchasing any Next Media service implies reading, understanding and fully accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Prices are expressed in EUR and displayed on the "Pricing" page. Standard packages:

• Starter: 350 EUR / month;
• Growth: 700 EUR / month;
• Scale: price on request, based on volume.

Prices do not include VAT, where applicable under Romanian law. Payment is made based on the invoice issued by the Provider, within a maximum of 7 calendar days from the issue date, by bank transfer or other agreed methods.

Media budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are not included in the package price unless expressly stated in the offer.

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, with no minimum contractual period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may unilaterally terminate the contract with 15 calendar days' notice, sent in writing (including by email).

Amounts due for the current month are non-refundable for services already delivered.

• provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information needed to deliver the services;
• hold the rights to materials provided (logos, images, texts) or the owners' consent;
• not use the services to promote illegal, misleading, defamatory content or content forbidden by platform policies;
• pay all amounts due on time.

• deliver the services professionally and diligently;
• respect the confidentiality of data received from the Client;
• inform the Client about campaign status and results;
• comply with applicable laws on data protection and advertising.

The Provider does not guarantee specific financial results. Campaign performance depends on multiple factors (offer quality, seasonality, competition, platform policies). The Provider's liability is limited to the value of the last invoice paid by the Client.

The Provider is not responsible for interruptions or limitations imposed by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) or for the blocking of the Client's accounts due to violations of those platforms' policies.

All materials created by the Provider (photo, video, copy, graphics) are licensed to the Client for the duration of the contract and for the agreed purposes. Copyrights over the know-how, methodology and proprietary tools remain with the Provider.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by force majeure events as defined by Romanian law.

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably; otherwise, it will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at the Provider's registered office.

Consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The Provider reserves the right to update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this website. Active clients will be notified of substantial changes.
